Understanding twin dynamics and how twinship impacts communication, relational patterns, family dynamics, and individual identity is necessary to effectively work with adult twins and parents of twins. Rarely taught in graduate school or post-graduate programs, twin psychology is best learned through consultations with twin-focused mental health professionals.  

I offer consultations for mental health counselors, clinical social workers, and coaches working with or aspiring to work with twins or parents of twins. I offer psychoeducation in twin psychology through a psychodynamic, family systems, and internal family systems lens as well as perspective on case-specific challenges.
